Even trees were cut down for miles around. Absolutely nothing was left except the Roman Fortress. That is until you read the writings of Josephus who was an eyewitness to the destruction of Jerusalem and see how he describes the absolute total destruction of the entire city of Jerusalem so that not one stone was upon another (not just in the Temple itself) but everywhere in the entire city except for the Roman fortress that was located next to the Temple. Granted to suggest such a thing sounds like pure lunacy. If building the Temple on the Temple mount is impossible then maybe the truth is that this is not the true location of the temple at all. "Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth." Or to use Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's famous statement (attributed to Sherlock Holmes) :

If all logical options for rebuilding the Temple are impossible then maybe none of those options are the true answer. What if the true location of the Jewish Temple were intentionally hidden by God till the time of the end?Īnd what if it were not located on the temple mount at all but located a few hundred feet south of the temple mount platform?Īnd what if there were biblical, historical and archaeological evidence to back up that claim? Obviously either of these 2 options would result in disastrous consequences for Israel. This is because building the Jewish Temple would involve either building it along side one of the 2 Islamic holy sites on the temple mount or demolishing one of them and building it in place of one of these 2 structures. ( )Įrnest Martin passed away several years ago but his research is still being continued by the organization he created.Īs we know the bible says that the Jewish Temple will be rebuilt in the last days but that situation is a practical impossibility. You can also get the book by Ernest Martin online that this video is based upon. I stumbled across the book last year while doing a random search of the Temple and then recently learned that WND was also producing a video covering this same topic. This video is based on the research of Ernest L Martin who wrote the book : " The Temples that Jerusalem Forgot" World Net Daily (WND.com) has published a video called " Jerusalem and the Lost Temple of the Jews" by Ken Klein.
